The CCW Committee is a platform for discussing modern and future cyber threats and cyber warfare. The committee develops strategies for how states, international organizations, and the private sector can address increasingly complex cybersecurity challenges.

 

Cyberattacks have evolved to the point where they not only target individuals but also critical infrastructure, financial systems, and national security of states. The goal of the committee is to identify these threats, define interstate responsibilities within the framework of international law and ethics, create mechanisms for international cooperation to enhance cybersecurity, and minimize the destructive effects of cyber warfare.
